KCS became affiliated to the Scottish Civic Trust in 1976.
We hold a subscription to the Scottish Local History Forum
We receive a great deal of help from Fife College
also: Medieval Methil, Auld Kirk Players, Kirkcaldy Amateur Dramatics Society (KADS), Fife Council,
Ross Hugh and Rover Scouts, Members of St Andrews First Aid and Don Swanson
We have used lottery money over the years to purchase...
a laptop & data projector for our talks, portable speakers for our walkabouts, a slide scanner for archiving slides and negatives
and a printer to produce our programmes and newsletters etc.
